We estimate to have all orders hand crafted and shipped out within 3-5 weeks of receiving your ashes or hair. Once order has been placed we will email where to send your ashes/hair, if you added a collection kit these are sent tracked with royal mail, any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you with your order.
