How It Works

Placing Your Order

Once an order is placed via our website or Facebook page if you added a collection kit we will send this with everything you need inside, includes FREE return postage, if you didn’t add a collection kit please send us your inclusion directly, we only need 1 tea spoon of Ashes or approx 7 strands of hair for up to 5 items. We always recommend if sending directly we always recommend using a tracked service.

Sending Ashes/Hair

Don’t worry if you feel like your not ready or your waiting for inclusions, we know how difficult the process can be, we don’t have a time limit on your order. We start to make your jewellery, rings pendants etc once your order is placed then this is ready and waiting for when we get your inclusion. Due to the jewellery being handcrafted from ordering we offer a no refunds policy, please make sure you can have access to loved ones Ashes or hair before ordering.

Receiving Of Inclusion

Once we receive your loved ones Ashes/Hair or pets fur we will email you to notify you that they have arrived safely, this is when the order process starts. We always go from the date we receive Ashes/Hair and not the order date as we believe this is the best way to do it for our customers.

Jewellery Being Made

All our jewellery is made to order, once you place your order your jewellery starts to be created, if you request a ring sizer with your order this can delay the process slightly as we are waiting for confirmation of size. All items have different turnaround times please check these before you order.

All jewellery comes with a 1 year guarantee from our suppliers, this covers for fault of the jewellery its self not loss or damage caused by the customer. We don’t offer any guarantees on our chains unless these are faulty at the time you get your order, this is because our chain supplier does not offer one, if you would like a pendant with no chain please contact us and we can apply the discount for you before checking out.

Postage

We offer FREE postage on all orders, we used a tracked service for this, we have special delivery as an option and speedy service also. Collection packs are sent tracked delivery and include FREE tracked delivery back to us. Please note for a full order you only need 1 collection kit, if you are using multiple Ashes or hair inclusions its no problem we will include everything you need in 1 collection kit.

Speedy Service

Need your order sooner than the current lead times?

Contact us with the items your wanting and the date you need them for and we can let you know if this service is possible. Speedy service includes special delivery back to you in the price. Please do not add this service without contacting us as its not always possible and we offer no refunds on this. We charge £30 for speedy service this is for the whole order and special delivery back.
