Each ring is hand crafted to order and we estimate all orders to take around 3-6 weeks. All items come with authenticity certificate with your loved ones name on. Once you have placed and order with Ashes into keepsakes we will email you on how to send your inclusion directly to us, if you add a collection kit these are shipped with royal mail tracked delivery, any unused will be returned to you with your order. Please note if you are requesting a ring sizer, this could delay your order slightly whilst we are awaiting confirmation of your size.
