Each pendant is hand crafted to order and we estimate all orders to take around 3-6 weeks from receiving your loved ones ashes or hair. All items come with authenticity certificate with your loved ones name on. Once you have placed and order with Ashes into keepsakes we will email where to send ashes/hair directly, if you add a collection kit you only need one per order and this includes everything you need inside, any unused will be returned to you with your order.
